The key? Variety of movements. We thoroughly address multiple ranges of motion to give your shoulders the complex kind of love they crave.
The sessions flow like this:
Warm up with hanging, focusing on ribcage alignment and specific breathing cues to prime your body
Prep with some basic pulling work, before increasing to an 8-9/10 intensity on challenging movements
Follow up with lighter, higher rep work and large ranges of motion, to aid blood flow, joint mobility and tissue health
Slow down your breathing, get horizontal and deeply attune to yourself, melting into the orgasmic endorphins
