    The Antifragile Body is a live 8-week coaching program to help you dissolve aches, pains and stiffness. It’s a step away from grind-based training towards therapeutic, intelligent movement that leaves you feeling strong, relaxed and clear.

    This program is for experienced movers with an existing physical practice, including:
