The Antifragile Body is a live 8-week training program for experienced movers who want to break free from aches, tension, and grind-based training — and step into a therapeutic, integrative practice that leaves them clearer, calmer, and more grounded with each session.

We do it differently

Most methods either push you harder to extract progress (until something breaks) or they focus on release, reflection and the soft stuff… at the expense of any real, tangible physical progress. The Antifragile Body bridges both worlds. It’s gentle and it’s potent.

  • Every session bridges the worlds of movement and meditation.

    You’ll challenge yourself to build physical capabilities you don’t yet have. You’ll earn greater control over your movements.

    Simultaneously, you’ll use the healthy friction in this process to upgrade your relationship with your psyche and emotions.

    This is holistic development, using movement as the playing field.

  • You won’t just be grinding away, wasting your energy. This program is highly intentional in the way it applies stress to create transformation.

    This training is immersive. Meditative. You’ll explore rhythm, breath, co-ordination — unlocking deeper body awareness so you can get the most out of your strength + mobility training.

    You’ll walk in with a clear intention, and walk out feeling relaxed, worked and revitalised. Your numbers, reps, hold times and access to new positions will improve.

  • We teach tried, tested, systems and principles when designing the flow of your movement practice sessions, to maximise adaptation while minimising fatigue.

    But this isn’t just an objectively measured, scientific process. Antifragility also requires an emphasis on moment-to-moment attunement — changing or iterating on the training plan where necessary.

    You’ll become more intimate with the felt state of your nervous system than ever — demystifying what your biofeedback is asking of you so you can make better choices, in movement and life.

  • The Inner Phase Method is a simple, powerful process to guide you in your development as a human, and mover.

    If you’ve found yourself alternating between fast progression and demotivation, sickness or injury, this is for you. You’ll cut through doubt, overthinking and hesitation, mitigating the surge-crash cycles and building steady momentum.

    Inner Phase is both a framework and a practice. A holistic conceptual model and a felt experience that, once understood, will serve as a reliable reference point — to know when to add, when to remove, and when to keep things just as they are.

You won’t be over-saturated with info in this program. The emphasis is on application then understanding. It’ll feel zen. Yes, you’ll learn important concepts and principles… but our aim is for you to embody them. Experiential learning is richer — and helps us steer clear of overly complex academic waffle.

Expect live movement practice with personalised tips and adjustments, guided meditation + somatic inquiry and of course, group Q&A to address your questions, challenges and experiences.

After class, you’ll be able to find the recording and meeting summary on our group platform so you can refresh your memory any time.

Short, daily practices to begin each day by tuning in

These 20-30 minute practices will help you establish a daily self-care ritual, building body awareness, vital energy and movement capacity.

You’ll work with a variety of stances, breathing drills and positions designed to cultivate qi, anchor consciousness in the body and open various connections + channels for health.

Structured strength + mobility sessions w/ instructional videos

Three times per week for 45-90 minutes, you’ll follow a pre-written program in the gym, or at home if you don’t have gym access. You’ll have scalable progressions of each exercise to match your current ability. Not only will you make 8 weeks of substantial progress; you can keep moving up levels… for the whole year ahead.

One to one text + voice support via WhatsApp

If you have any questions or bumps in the road mid-week, you can always send Jack a message directly. Examples of how you might use this:
