Your body is your foundation.
Make it Antifragile.
8 Weeks to Build a Strong, Free-moving Body While Dissolving Aches, Pains + Restrictions
This program is for you if you’re aware that being attuned to your body and physically thriving is the foundation of your livelihood or lifestyle.
What’s most important is that you’re looking for a higher degree of freedom in your body. You want to resolve lingering, draining physical issues and build an even more epic life.
Externally, you’re tenacious and driven yet internally, you deeply appreciate the simple, tea-sipping way of being… and you have an existing movement or training practice whether it be structured or lifestyle/sport/adventure based.
“Working with Jack has opened my awareness to a new depth of experience in movement, and sharpened my ear for the body’s feedback that has always been there yet rarely heard.”
— Matt Higgins, Ex Athlete + Carpenter
Joint-by-joint Solutions
You may have pain in a specific area. Many programs will have you focusing your attention directly on that painful area.
The Antifragile Body program addresses all major layers and systems seamlessly and elegantly, without over-complicating things:
Breathing + blood flow
Brain + nerve health
Inflammation + lymphatic system
Biomechanics + fascia
-
Forget ideas like “quad dominance” for a second. You need really strong quads if you’re putting a lot of force through the knees. That muscle mass is like a protective, powerful nutrient bag keeping the metabolism and healing high in the joint. Stronger quads has never hurt anyone I’ve work with.
The question is, why is all the force hitting the knees and not transmitting through from the core/pelvis to the feet? The answer is joint orientation. If you organise your joints differently when you move, you’ll spread the load through more of your body. Building stronger feet, ankles, calves, hamstrings, inner thighs and glutes helps — but trying to fire those muscles will just inhibit your natural movement.
You need to orient your bones in a way that naturally loads them, in your training. Rib + pelvic position; distribution of weight on the feet — all major factors. We’ve helped a bunch of clients with multiple knee surgeries and injuries turn into springy kangaroos, who no longer experience pain or loss of function that they previously thought was caused structural wear and tear.
-
The lower back can feel like a complicated puzzle — especially when you’ve been suffering for a few months… or years. Many physio + surgical appreoaches tend to overly focus on the discs — the structural and biomechanical aspects — while failing to educate you on the lifestyle factors that are so important.
Lower backs often flare when the adrenals are over-worked (they’re right underneath the muscle), or when the gut isn’t functioning well which interferes with the diaphragmatic breathing that creates spinal stability. Though you obviously feel pain in the muscles or joints, research shows that the biggest low back pain predictor was career dissatisfaction.
Yes — I’m talking about the job you overly caffeinate just to get through. The repressed emotions the caffeine saves you from. And the drop in sleep quality that follows (that you’re so used to you think it’s normal)… or the reliance on intermittent fasting and hard training to feel good. Or the fact you haven’t slowed down (really slowed down) for years.
-
The neck and shoulders simply can’t relax into a strong, open position if the things they’re stacked on top of are also strong and open. So the first thing we look at here is… breathing.
Your body will always choose the easiest position to facilitate breathing and an open airway, because oxygen = life. If you’re breathing light, slow, deep and diaphragmatically, then you’ll also have great range of motion in the ribcage and thoracic spine, which is the base your neck sits upon.
When the ribcage and primary breathing muscles are working beautifully, the muscles of the upper back and shoulder blades will naturally switch on as they should and the pecs/collarbones will broaden. This shifts the load away from the upper traps and un-rounds the shoulders, supporting the neck and facilitating your unique best posture (we’re all skeletally a little different).
Also, removing inflammatory or mucous-inducing foods that might make you stuffy will help you breathe nasally, which will release neck tension by improving the alignment of your head, tongue and jaw.
Ongoing Elbow or Wrist issues?
These can be among the most annoying, long-term issues. By addressing surrounding joints and managing load carefully, we can reverse the tendonitis or wrist impingement interfering with your work, training or teaching. If the surrounding joints (shoulders, hands) are working well — with strong, supple tissues — then the elbows and wrists will be relieved of some of their burden. If you’ve been gripping repetitively or overloading the same positions too often, without enough novelty, you might have caused yourself some golfers/tennis elbow or a wrist injury. Variety is your friend. This could mean introducing some soft tissue work to move some inflammation, or introducing different hand positions in your training to give those tendons and joints a break, while continuing to build strength. We’ll run you through all of it in detail, including the do’s and don’ts of elbow tendon + wrist joint rehab that has worked for climbers, gymnasts, labourers — if you’re hard on their elbows, wrists and hands — or you wish you could be… we’ve got you covered with specific routines and training strategies.

The Ripple Effects
How would you distil our work into one sentence?
“A profound experience that took me down the corridors of myself in a completely new light.”
What changes have you noticed in your relationships with others?
“Way more attention, way more presence, way more patience… less reactivity, just because I've given myself and my body the presence, patience, and attention first.”
What's been most challenging?
“The most challenging thing has been sitting with the uncomfortable feelings that arise in my body. And kind of finding an awareness around my innate response to resist feeling those emotions in the moment.”
How has your relationship with our body changed?
“I'm definitely more kind to it and listen to what it is truly trying to tell me. Not only in my workouts or my movement, but just in my life in general. And as a result, I'm able to find flow and ease with what would otherwise feel tough and strenuous.”
What have you learnt about yourself?
“That I have an innate proclivity to rush hard movements or to skim through difficult concepts when I know I want to slow down and enjoy the juicy challenging process because it's where I will evolve and expand the most.”
Which practices have been most useful for you?
“The short morning practices in the program have been, and continue to be very useful tools for me to find presence… in creating awareness around my body's desire to tense up. It’s created a level of calm I didn’t know was possible for me.”
The problem
Most training systems teach you to push harder but they don’t dial in the holistic foundations of movement well enough.
What happens?
Nagging aches and tension build up.
You feel tight, scattered, or drained instead of free and steady.
Progress often means trading health for performance.
And the deeper integration you’re seeking between body, emotions, and practice never really arrives.
Hard work… works. But most hard workers aren’t good at listening to their bodies because they can’t discern the signals from the noise.
You need a training system that helps you attune to your body, transforms stress, and builds deeper whole-being integrity, rather than breaking you.
The solution
This holistic training system bridges the gap between strength + softness.
It’s a therapeutic, integrative approach that teaches you how to:
Extract clear, actionable lessons from pain, tension, and setbacks, empowered by distilled holistic knowledge.
Bring your body and psyche into sync in your movement practice — clearing emotional static instead of amplifying it.
Train with a simple, grounded structure that feels sustainable and enlivening rather than draining.
Build a body that expands in the depth and breadth of its capacities over time: freer, steadier, and more adaptable as you age.
Our focus is training that heals, strengthens, inspires and brings insight.
All at once.
We do it differently
Most methods either push you harder to extract progress (until something breaks) or they focus on release, reflection and the soft stuff… at the expense of any real, tangible physical progress. The Antifragile Body bridges both worlds. It’s gentle and it’s potent — and that’s why it heals bodies so well.
1. Outer work with an inner state focus
Every session bridges the worlds of movement and meditation. You’ll challenge yourself to build physical capabilities you don’t yet have. You’ll earn greater control over your movements. Simultaneously, you’ll use the healthy friction in this process to upgrade your relationship with your psyche and emotions.
This is holistic human development, using movement as the playing field.
2. Intelligent, intentional application of stress
You won’t just be grinding away, wasting your energy. This program is highly intentional in the way it applies stress to create transformation. This training is immersive. Meditative. You’ll explore rhythm, breath, co-ordination — unlocking deeper body awareness so you can get the most out of your strength + mobility training. You’ll walk in with a clear intention, and walk out feeling relaxed, worked and revitalised. Your numbers, reps, hold times and access to new positions will improve.
Physical intelligence upgrades, incoming.
3. Nervous System Healing Training Practices
We teach tried, tested, systems and principles when designing the flow of your movement practice sessions, to maximise adaptation while minimising fatigue. But this isn’t just an objectively measured, scientific process. Antifragility also requires an emphasis on moment-to-moment attunement — changing or iterating on the training plan where necessary.
You’ll become more intimate with the felt state of your nervous system than ever — demystifying what your biofeedback is asking of you so you can make better choices, in movement and life.
“More than training. Working with Jack helped me understand and reframe my relationship with myself and my life. Movement was only the context this took place. I'm grateful to call Jack one of my teachers and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who is looking to add depth and a fresh lens to their training practice.”

This program is for a particular human
This program is for you if:
You’re already experienced in movement (ex athlete, strength, martial arts, yoga, dance, calisthenics) and you rely on moving well for your work
You want to train in a way that heals, steadies, and evolves you, not just makes you sweat and “burn calories”
You’re ready to commit to 8 weeks of focused, meditative practice
You’re serious about long-term transformation, not quick fixes
You’re equally devoted to living with the youthful tenacity of a warrior and the tea-sipping, steady-paced integrity of a kind old sage
It’s not for you if:
You’re looking for a beginner’s intro to fitness
You’re not willing to take a good honest look at your life to assess what is in alignment and what isn’t
You want surface-level results (a 6-week shred, a new PR) without deeper integration
You’re not ready to make time for your body, psyche, and practice
You’re unbothered by the idea of dying with potential left in the tank
You’re more concerned about how you look and what you can do with your body than the content of your heart + quality of your relationships
Eight Weeks
To spark a transformation that keeps unfolding,
as the months and years pass.
Remo’s progress, 6 months after the program:
I just woke up and realised that since weeks I don't feel tense anymore in the morning.
How strange, that a dramatic change can be missed… because my mind always focuses on new things to progress and work on.
I’ve been reflecting after my travels. Back in June, I returned home (geographically) and after 6 months it feels like I am coming back to a place that I always knew but wasn't able to consistently find again. I feel truly at peace here and with that comes a sense of gratitude. So I wanted to thank you brother for being one of my guides in this journey.
A lot of the material you have shared and what you talked about becomes clearer now. The input you share needs to be digested slowly, I saw you offer yearly guidance now. I think this is a very good time frame. I wish you all the best for the new ventures.
…and 12 months after the program:
It‘s been almost a year since starting the program with you and this week I experienced a huge shift in perspective - I saw through a pattern so clearly that it just evaporated. And with it came a surge of energy and creativity that almost overloaded my system.
I was freed of the huge need for external validation. It‘s still there but It doesn‘t have the same power anymore.
Many of the things you taught us that seemed foreign to me became embodied wisdom in action this week. Your teaching is wise beyond your years and I am truly grateful to have met you. Feel free to use this feedback so that other people are encouraged to work with you.
Much love,
Remo

What The Antifragile Body isn’t
A rigid training program that gets results... but leaves you dead to the world and begins to feel toxic due to the level of energy drain from other key aspects of your life.
A lifeless online course where you have to trawl through the info to extract a few hopefully-relevant bits, then figure out how to implement and embody, without support.
An ongoing processes of overly intellectual self-reflection that makes sense on paper but doesn’t actually change you on a tangible, physical, experiential level.
Neurotic dogmatic guru shit with limited space for nuance. Fear based based obsession with preventing negative outcomes. A cult based on rigid training methods + emotional trauma.
Group coaching calls full of lovely but largely irrelevant social chit-chat and over-sharing... lacking the potent, actionable stuff to take away and practice.
What it’s designed to be
A highly digestible and applicable container: guided practice, daily rituals, movement education, easy communication, grounded + practical
Learning by doing — by moving, feeling, repeating + resting. There is no replacement for experience, so we get you dropping into presence, managing your internal state and practicing straight away.
A chance to get a solid grasp of potent, therapeutic physical, emotional and psychological principles that help you heal, build and thrive under stress.
Realness, candour, honesty. Nothing in this program is shared unless it’s already been tried, tested and embodied. No empty speculative theories. Only trench-lessons, distilled and offered with love.
Humour and humanity. We’ll dive bravely into the reason certain things aren’t working — and share with our guard down, talking about whatever needs to be talked about — to clear the way for progress.
My intention coming into the program was to deepen the foundation of my movement practice. Obviously I’d worked with you before and I loved the way you took really expansive, lofty concepts and were able to distill them in a really actionable functional way. So I was really excited to double down on my movement foundations.
The practices practices were simple but profound. It was like peeling layers of onion because the more simple they became (the more you got to the core of the concepts) the sharper and more pungent they became too.
It was amazing to feel the ability to apply these principles to all different areas of practice from yoga to strength training, qigong and meditation… and noticing the universal aspects of these principles permeating all areas of training. It made practice feel very cohesive, no matter what I was doing.
The results I was getting in my movement practice like more centredness more self-awareness, more ability to adapt to different types of stimulus… that was also ripping into my relationships with partners, family, my way of showing up as a yoga teacher in my profession. And it made me feel so in my body — in my centre.
And it was incredible to see how I could adapt in real time. It became a really beautiful present conversation with myself, with my partners, with my family, with my students… and it was amazing to feel like this investment of time in my practice was having such a ripple effect into all these areas of my life.
I don’t feel scared of moving on growing into areas that were previously unknown to me. The universal applications of a lot of these practices and principles brought me way deeper into myself and what is is honest for me; what is essential for me; what is necessary for me compared to what I think is good — or what I think I should be doing.
Actively being really honest and integral with myself and where I want to go, how I want to move forward, how I want to train… that is already having a really powerful ripple effect on the connections I’m having: my relationship with myself and my awareness of my preferences.
It just feels like I know myself a lot better.

FAQs
Who is this program for?
This program is for individuals who are aware that being attuned to their body and physically thriving is the foundation of their livelihood or lifestyle. It’s for those looking for a higher degree of freedom in their body, aiming to resolve lingering physical issues and live an epic, adventurous life.
What makes this program different from others?
Unlike most training systems that focus solely on grinding and pushing harder, The Antifragile Body integrates holistic principles to address both physical and emotional aspects. It bridges the gap between strength and softness, providing a therapeutic approach that heals, strengthens, and inspires simultaneously.
Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to join?
No, this program is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or someone dealing with chronic pain, the training is adaptable to your current state.
What can I expect after completing the program?
The program delivers tangible, physical transformation, not just temporary relief. Increased mobility, reduced pain, enhanced strength, and a deeper connection with your body. You'll also rest more deeply, feel more comfortable in yourself and enjoy the quiet, grounded confidence that comes along with these results.
If I can’t make the live calls, is it still worthwhile joining the program?
As much as it’s ideal to attend live, we have plenty of students who choose to watch the recordings instead — for various reasons — and have seen outstanding results from the program.
You might be in a conflicting timezone overseas, really busy with work or family, working on-call or simply in need of some solitude, down-time and empty space. All of this is fine, and the program is designed to meet you where you’re at.
Simply send a 1:1 message and you’ll be taken care of. We’ll ensure the session touches on your key points, or I’ll make a custom video to guide you with your specific problem.
I’m physically active but don’t have done much structured training in the gym. Will this suit me?
Yes. We’ve worked with plenty of people in your situation. Massage therapists, tradesmen and various other professionals in physical roles who need to prioritise their bodies but haven’t done much structured strength + mobility training.
So, every session includes a series of beginner-friendly and advanced progressions, demonstrated in the instructional videos (e.g. level one, two, three). This means you can choose your journey, and you’ll still learn and progress heaps — because all of the levels revolve around a key concept, body position, joint or movement pattern.
I’ve tried a bunch of different training systems without seeing long term results. How is this different?
This is integrative, but not cult-like. We throw the dogma and unnecessary complexity in the bin and we don’t speak in absolutes or use fear tactics. There is clarity and there is nuance.
A lot of trademarked systems focus so heavily on their unique method that they obscure the simpler universal principles that make any good program work. We’re non-dogmatic, grounded, holistic and accessible in our approach — and it works.
The Antifragile Body has changed the meaning of movement training for PT’s, Carpenters, Yoga Teachers, Nurses, Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Firemen and Ex Elite Athletes… because it ties together scientific principles + measurable outcomes with simple language and a soulful, holistic overview.
Can you guarantee results?
Nothing in life is guaranteed. We won’t bullshit you. But if you devote yourself to the process and show up with 100% intention and willingness to follow the plan, you’ll see significant improvements in strength, mobility and movement freedom — as well as a deeper sense of clarity and grounded-ness in yourself.
Hypothetically, let’s say you end up being an outlier. One of the 5-10% who have something quite complex happening with their body. You’ll have constant opportunities to seek additional support within this program in the form of 1:1 guidance and custom-created resources.
We guarantee that the education and suggestions in this program will be massively clarifying for you, and if we need to bring someone in or refer you to get you the results you’re seeking, we will.
Build Your Antifragile Body
It’s not just about the body. It’s about who you become in the process of earning it.
