  1. One movement (video) or meditation (audio).
    Follow along to learn a new skill, or feel and build a certain quality (e.g. strength, mobility, softness, connectivity). Or breathe and zen out while listening.

  2. One lived, experiential insight.
    …sourced from a personal win, loss or lesson. Think philosophical, but also grounded and practical. On living well, creativity, entrepreneurship, relationships… or being weird, better.

  3. One highlight or reflection.
    This could be a picture I’ve chosen, or even a piece of music. Sometimes it’s a brief recollection of a moment that touched me in some way.
