Yes. You’ll feel more fluid, stable, connected and prepared. You’ll gradually build a body that feels strong and comfortable while accessing positions where you previously felt weak, disconnected or hesitant.

Absolutely. All programs are either fully scalable or explicitly described as being for someone at a certain level. Whether you’re a beginner or an ex-athlete, we’ve got you covered.

Therapeutic training is our THING! We meet you where you’re at and help you build from there. You’ll learn to stop over-using certain tissues while building connected, integrated strength where you’re currently overcompensating.

No. Most programs are bodyweight-based and portable, with optional tools like bands or rings. You can train anywhere. Beach, park, cabin, or van.

You’ll notice other kinds of direct, tangible changes: happier joints, smoother movement, more open, easeful posture, deeper breathing and more energy. We love numbers, tracking and intensity — we just focus on attuning to your body’s sensations, so that stuff can actually serve you.

Those are all methods. Attunement is a life path and way of being, based on saturating your entire body + being with presence. We love the essential principles these methods build upon — and we love results. We just reject the dogma these methods often come with. We’re proponents of true Yoga (embodied self-inquiry + a code of ethics) and our strength, mobility, nervous system and breath training systems are built to fit you, rather than demanding you fit them.

Yes. The movement, breath and nervous-system practices will build physiological and emotional stability, which will help you remain clearer and calmer amidst stress. You’ll gain capacity to see and be with the real effects of your choices.

Yes — attuning to your body is the key to sustainable high performance and will help you maximise adaptation without over or under-doing it. We’ll teach you to identify specific sensations and breathing/physiology markers before, during and after your sessions.

There’s structured guidance, but aalways an emphasis on adapting the programs to your unique lifestyle, energy levels, schedule and recovery needs. Think clear intention, not fixed obligation.

No. Attuned is about self-mastery and presence. We care about your relationship with you — not comparison or unhealthy competition. Take it at your pace. Do it your way. That’s the whole point!

Oh, for sure. This is super common feedback! A healthy body and nervous system frees energetic bandwidth, supporting psychological and emotional clarity, so you can bring your best self to your home / romantic / work relationships… as well as those demanding creative projects artistic pursuits where feeling fresh and dialled is essential.

It’s really up to you. There are training programs with sessions from 20-30 mins / day to 90 minutes, a few times a week. The learning material goes deep… so you could schedule an hour a week for that. Even if you only attend one 3hr live workshop per month, membership is cheaper than the one-off workshop fee.

Highly unlikely. Attuned programs are designed to support and enhances your existing movement practice, improving strength, mobility, efficiency, and recovery — and we’re not dogmatic — we help you integrate the things you love with the things your body needs.

100%. Most programs + sessions are portable and flexible, designed to flow with your environment and lifestyle. I was a van-lifer for a few years so you can trust me! I actually made some of my best progress during this time.

We have a live event every two weeks: Monthly Online Workshops and Monthly Community Coaching. Every 2-3 months, we drop another mini course or program. Otherwise, regular videos and tips are posted every week.

Yes. This is a private community of holistically-inclined, adventure-driven, enthusiastic movers who love to share insights, celebrate wins, and support each other. You can link up on zoom, or vibe out for a chai / training session in person.
