I source these from direct experience. Think philosophical, but also grounded and practical. Sometimes there’s a prompt or a question you can dig into.1 x REFLECTION on the last week — a story, personal check-in or update
This could be a picture I’ve chosen, or even a piece of music. Sometimes it’s a brief list of achievements, challenges and recollections from the week that has been.
I’ll mention ways you can work with me as well — so you can apply to join programs before they’re publicly announced. But there will be no spammy marketing BS as I can’t stand it.
