“The simplicity of the standing poses is rewriting the foundations of my life. Literally re-learning how to stand on my own two feet.”

How to Stand

“How to stand? Are you f*cking kidding?”

This is the paradox. The simplest acts often reveal the most about the state of our body and inner world.

Most have never been taught how to stand.

And yes, there is in fact a way of standing which enables the body to rapidly dissolve stress, pain and tension, leading to significant increases in cognitive clarity and rate of nervous system regulation.

That’s what you’ll get a taste of here.

This isn’t about performing composure or reverse-engineering some “perfect” textbook posture that doesn’t align with your body. What you’ll actually be practicing is the process of fully landing in your own body, and watching as your innate intelligence emerges.

This practice takes twenty minutes. Most people feel the effects in a single session.

The key part is to sense, align, relax. Sense, align, relax.

The way you stand is the way your nervous system reads the world. How safe you are. How ready. How present. When the structure is right and the ground is felt, something significant often shifts — in the breath, in the perception, in the quality of attention available to you.
