An effective training program is both healing and highly effective. Don’t compromise!

Most training programs aren’t balanced, integrative or sustainable. It’s either an intense grind that leaves you feeling cooked, or a watered down routine that fails to build the deep, real-world movement capacity you need.

As a mover, coach or bodyworker bringing a vision to earth and holding a space for quality practice, you’re already operating like a physical, energetic and psychological athlete. Aetherbody is a paradigm shift away from unsustainable, one-dimensional movement towards a harmonious and profoundly transformative relationship with your body.

What an aetherbody session feels like...

First, you’ll attune — saturating your body with pure awareness to melt restrictions around the joints, fascia and breath. We use certain postures to induce flow states (psyche-body coherence) where presence is timeless and movement is effortless.

This creates the neurological space to adapt, rather than recoil into old tension and pain patterns. The training is challenging but artful. You’ll learn to access a zero-point state, allowing sensations to pass through and revealing much you’re truly capable of.

Finally, you’ll leave feeling lighter than you arrived. Revitalised, yet objectively stronger and more functional. Sessions end with breathing + guided relaxation practices. You’ll carry the zen with you, sleeping better, digesting better and mitigating next-day soreness.

Here’s exactly what we’ll be covering in the program

We have three modules of four lessons each. These lessons cover the essentials to supercharge your body’s healing and movement.

      Maximise the circulation of vital fluids (lymph, blood, cerebrospinal) key for nervous system + organ health

      Identify markers of residual stress + immune system activity to adjust your training and lifestyle appropriately
