  1. Restore first. We drop into embodied presence to melt restrictions out of the joints, fascia, and breath. You’ll experience increased mind-body coherence, and increased range of effortless motion.

  2. Load the opening. We teach you to find the precise amount of resistance your nervous system can absorb without recoiling into tension—weaving strength into your fresh neurological space.

  3. Leave lighter than you arrived. You’ll finish practice feeling supple and revitalised, yet objectively stronger and more functional—minimal next-day stiffness, improved sleep and zero nervous-system drag.
