1:1 Strategy Session

This is a one-time-only session for action takers:

  • You’re an ex athlete or entrepreneur — and you need to be at your best, so you can show up for the people who rely on you: team, clients and family

  • You’re dealing with recurring physical pain, injury, tension or stress-related symptoms and you’re seeing the negative effects on your quality of life, work and relationships

  • You’re ready to take meaningful action and build an easeful, connected, powerful body: a platform to move freely and lead, love + create from an energised place

  • You’re already 100% committed to achieving this, you’re just looking for the best pathway to invest your energy, time and attention

Please DO NOT book this call if:

  • You resonate with my work and want to meet because you’re seeking some general advice or a few useful tips to take away — that is not the purpose of this call

  • You’re curious but for whatever reason, not currently willing or able to invest financially — this call is for people who are ready and actively seeking to invest in coaching

  • You intend to share your work, services, “medicine” or offerings with me — thanks but not interested in unsolicited anything of any kind

  • You expect that coaching will remove the necessary pain of self-responsibility — sorry, but if anything, coaching will only ask you to turn towards what you’ve avoided

Our plan for your 45 minute 1:1 Strategy Session:

  1. Refine your dream outcome
    — Clarify your single top priority goal in the next 6-12 months, and why it matters
    — Map the external & internal changes you’ll need to land this vision in reality
    — Outline exactly what skills, systems and support you’ll need

  2. Assess your current situation

    — Identify the triggers of your pain, tension or stress-related symptoms
    — Explore what has worked, and what hasn’t, to find your missing puzzle piece
    — Reveal the reason why these triggers keep occurring for you

  3. Prioritise clear next steps

    — Walk you through my system to build an easeful, powerful, connected body
    — Identify which parts of this process are most relevant to you
    — Outline projected results within 2-3 months of you following my system
    — Decide on the best support pathway to get results fast


I want you to walk away feeling absolutely clear on the “where to next” — so expect:

  • Transparency on what you need to work on, and why

  • Transparency on the energy investment that achieving results actually requires

  • Transparency on whether I think you’re a fit for one of my coaching programs (I’ll tell you if you aren’t, since it reflects poorly on me if you don’t succeed)
