Develop your THREE PILLARS of MOVEMENT with — each of the three program sections opening with a 7-minute mini-lecture, before detailing specific routines.
1. POSTURAL AWARENESS (5 videos): befriend gravity by creating balance and optimal alignment for the task at hand
2. ADAPTIVE BREATHING (4 videos): learn to flow with the task at hand, breathing for stability or for relaxation and healing
3. INTEGRATED STRENGTH (6 videos): leverage the body’s natural gait cycle to increase supple-strength and athleticism
You’ll gain access to the best tools I have, currently in-use with clients and my own training.
Additionally you’ll get more than an hour of curated content, covering:
- Breathing for health and spinal healing (25 minutes)
- Hanging for shoulder health (11 minutes)
- Rotating, bending and twisting for athleticism (9 minutes)
- 2 x follow along mobility routines: LIMBER + RINSE (10-30 mins each)
