You’ll leave this session with a clear path towards dissolving stress, resolving aches and pains, and transforming stiffness into supple strength.

To achieve this as quickly and sustainably as possible, you’ll need to know exactly which areas to focus on and improve. So we’ll spend 60-90 mins together to thoroughly assess each of the six foundational pillars:

  2. Load Bearing & Postural Efficiency

  3. Fascia & Whole Body Connection

  4. Program, Tracking & Session Design

  5. Pain Resolution & Holistic Health

  6. Emotions & Subconscious Patterns

Your knowledge and current practice might be great in some areas and lacking in others. Based on this assessment, we’ll outline a plan for the next 2-3 months, to save you time, energy and unnecessary struggle.

You can either decide to DIY the plan, or ask for guidance — which includes a program, weekly coaching sessions, 1:1 messaging and peer accountability.
