Create habits + support systems to maximise your emotional availability, freeing the bandwidth to nurture the important things in your life (starting with you).

  • Week One: Support Systems
    Learn a simple, rhythmic, system to improve your baseline levels of peace, health and energy

  • Week Two: Subconscious Hygiene
    Consciously curate your inner world to be able to identify and amplify what’s life-giving, while ceasing interest in what isn’t

  • Week Three: Somatic Fluency
    Transform your body’s fearful, reactive, conditioned responses into clear, actionable, creative steps

  • Week Four: False Identities
    Reveal where you have unknowingly identified with your suffering and release the versions of you that feed that suffering

Module Two — Creating While Feeling

Become someone who doesn’t just “deal with” emotions, but is able to fearlessly, intentionally savour them for their wisdom, without acting from instability.

  • Week Five: Emotional Mythbusting
    Learn what emotions truly are, what they are not, and how to interact with them as potent tools rather than masters

  • Week Six: Sneaky Addictions
    Reduce the need for repetitive, intense emotional releases or “healthy” addictions (a symptom of unaddressed practicalities or active false identities)

  • Week Seven: Embracing Unknowns
    Address excessive rumination, analysis-paralysis, meaning-making and premature decision pressure that only increases overwhelm

  • Week Eight: Swapping Doubt for Faith
    Cultivate a tangible, felt, bodily knowing that you will be okay no matter what, by revealing where your doubts are blind and your faith is wise

Module Three — A Garden of Thriving Relationships

Relate boldly and magnetically, generating a clear vision + value set to invite the right people closer, and dissolve obstructions to fearlessly loving co-creation

  • Week Nine: The Wise Heart
    Learn how to sense when you’re losing touch with your heart’s wisdom, pushing away your humanity or missing moments of beauty

  • Week Ten: Boundaries or… Walls?
    See which of your boundaries are actually walls and learn to leverage agreements in navigating stages of confusion, conflict + difficulty

  • Week Eleven: Growing Your Desires
    Become an expert in identifying the tender desires + creative potential beneath shields of defensiveness and projected judgement

  • Week Twelve: Becoming Who You Are
    Clarify exactly what work needs to be done to unearth, embrace, and amplify your authentic gifts in the way you live each day.
