One Year Mentorship
A deep one to one transformation to renew your relationship with your body — and life as a whole.
For tenacious, heart-led individuals with staying power. You must be willing to pierce through the veil of convenience and “normality”, encounter challenge and meet your true potential, face to face. This is not for everyone.
Structure:
A 12 month whole being development process, integrating body, energetics, and psyche/relationships.
Resolve painful & frustrating restrictions
Build a powerful, mobile, fluid body by creating an effective long term practice.
Deepen and enrich your relationship with yourself, so you can live in alignment with your heart’s purpose and relate with others at this same depth.
Taking on a new mentee is a significant commitment for me, and spots are capped at four (total) with a thorough application process.

You’ll feel it. Others will notice you exude a powerful, peaceful presence, too. This reflects an increase in body-energy-psyche coherence.
As you become deeply attuned to yourself, you’ll attract both opportunity and responsibility.
With a stronger, more spacious body, your neurological capacity to create, lead and love will reach new levels. A safer, more capable nervous system will enable to flow through friction which previously caused you to contract, react or over-intellectualise to avoid feeling.
To achieve this, you’ll train and proactively recuperate most days — but never to exhaustion. Throughout, I’ll be supporting you — checking in and seeing you at regular intervals for 1:1 somatic work.
The entire process is artfully designed to strip away what you are not, and shape you into who you want to be: an embodied, present leader who can lean towards life, and aliveness — alchemising the “good” and the “bad”.
You’ll experience, first-hand, the power of having a relatable and highly experienced guide who is deeply invested your thriving. You will also see how incremental improvements in your body + nervous system capacity compound hugely over time, carrying over into all key life areas.
The Physical Transformation

Over 6 months, you’ll begin to know and develop three main categories — and this is minimally intellectual. The development is felt, sensed and embodied.

As you build capacity in each of these areas, life will offer you next steps that reflect and challenge your higher readiness.
Each pillar serves as a reference point to help you understand life’s patterns and surf the waves of change, rather than fight/flee/fawn/freeze into old patterns.
What you’re about to read may seem very heady and abstract now, but our actual process will take you beyond ideas, right into the crux of felt knowing, embodied practice, and action.
Body
You'll develop capacity to freely interact with the material world, by mastering the three pillars of movement:
Breath (voluntary modulation of internal pressures)
Posture (harmonisation between skeleton and gravity)
Locomotion (enhancing options to move freely in space)

Energetics
You’ll begin to experience a freedom beyond space, time and sensation, by mastering the three pillars of emotion:
Rhythm (working with patterns of frequency and cadence)
Tone (developing sensitivity to experiential qualities)
Coherence (living with heart, wholeness and integrity)

You’ll catalyse a deep change process — choosing your preferred way of being + living, by mastering the three pillars of meaning:
Culture (illuminating unspoken social agreements)
Symbolism (understanding right use of language and imagery)
Identity (identifying your core roles + using your traits well)

Embodied Integration Sessions
Up to 90 mins of focused development with Jack, fortnightly, toward whole-being mastery.
These sessions are tailored to you, balancing education, somatic attunement and guided physical practice. General outline below, with space allocated to adapt.
Guided Drop In (5 mins)
— A deliberate reset to transition out of daily demands and into a focused, embodied state, ensuring our time is used with precision and depth.
Review + Intention Setting (5-10 mins)
— A concise review of the previous week to extract lessons, identify patterns, and set clear priorities for the coming week.
Somatic Attunement + Dialogue (10-20 mins)
— A therapeutic dialogue beneath the intellect at the level of felt knowing, to help you identify your root needs beneath busyness, striving and coping patterns
Physical Training Theory + Practice (15-20 mins)
— Experiential instruction that links key movement principles to felt experience, reinforcing movement quality, efficiency and transfer to your real-world activities.
Questions + Real-World Implementation (20-25 mins)
— An integrative dialogue focusing on practical application of the Body, Energy, Psyche framework. This will help you translate insight into prudent action in daily life, work, and relationships.
The Reality: You will need to make minor or even major lifestyle changes at some point, in order to achieve your goals. This isn’t always easy — which is why I will be here beside you in support, checking in and offering reflection.
