You’ll leave this workshop with a clearer path towards dissolving stress, resolving aches and pains, and transforming stiffness into supple strength. To achieve this as quickly and sustainably as possible, you’ll need to know exactly what areas focus on.
So we’ll spend 3 hours together cutting away the fluff and honing in on the essentials.

My aim is to help you identify your priorities over the 2-3 months, saving you time, energy and unnecessary struggle. You can either decide to DIY it, or ask for guidance via The Antifragile Body— which is an 8-week scalable program incl. weekly coaching sessions, 1:1 messaging and peer accountability.
