“Who is this for?”
This isn’t for you if you aren’t ready to develop a healthy relationship with your body (yourself). It is for you if you’ve had enough of feeling limited and you’re ready to approach the future with a clear, adaptable plan.
It’s not for you if you’re looking for quick-fixes, or if you have unrealistic expectations relative to the time you are willing to invest in yourself. But if you’re curious, patient and earnest, I’m here to help.
“Where do we start?”
If you’re interested in working with me, simply book a call to arrange a 40 minute chat (no fee) where I will assist you as much as possible (no sales either) and you’ll be able to ask questions about the coaching services.
This call might give you the answers you were looking for, but if you’d like to engage me as a coach, we’ll set you up with the best service. And of course, if I know someone who could help you better than I can, I’ll refer you.
“What are you like as a coach?”
I listen non-judgementally, speak honestly and my advice always comes from a place of love. Sometimes you’ll need education or technical guidance, and other times you’ll need me to help you challenge old beliefs or fears, which can be uncomfortable. I value communication and will often ask you for short updates on how you’re doing.
“What makes you different?”
My perspective is holistic and yet not watered down. I have been training for over 12 years, have a Philosophy degree specialising in the body-mind relationship, and 7 years’ experience as a movement coach.
I believe in collaboration, not competition. I work alongside physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors and naturopaths as well as practitioners of Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine as well as S&C coaches at professional sports teams.
“What’s your training background?”
My own training practice has taken me through athletics, soccer, swimming, BMX, gymnastics strength training, rugby, weightlifting, CrossFit, yoga, meditation, the Ido Portal Method, hand-balance, surfing and somatics.
As a coach, I’ve worked with a range of clients including athletes (AFL, swimming, rugby union, CrossFit, ultramarathon), personal trainers, yoga teachers, physiotherapists looking for ideas, plus badass mums and dads!
