In this 3-hour workshop on the breath, you’ll be guided into a state where your own, intuitive breathing pattern becomes the guiding principle. Once we’re breathing in this state together, we’ll explore breath-led movement and somatic awareness to release tension through the ribs, spine, diaphragm and viscera.
I’ll share the exact movements I’ve developed and used to heal my own body—through a fractured rib and sternum, chronic back pain, restricted scapulae and neck injury—and feel responsive and clear.
Rather than learning a fixed technique, you’ll learn to attune to your own breath as the guide, restoring joyful mobility and ease from the inside out.
