I have a question…

What’s the difference between a life lived for the joy of living and a life lived to create and serve?

There needn’t be any.

But why does it feel like joy is easy and service is hard?

Because you think that in serving, you will be left out. The truth is, when you serve fully, with all of yourself, the world and all beings hold space for you, so there is nothing else for you to worry about.

So how do I do it?

Relax, breathe and give yourself silently to the all. That’s all there is to do. That is all you need for joy.
