Most coaching sessions focus on tools, practices, advice… talk without direct, felt “aha” substance.
We cut the fluff in these sessions.
We’ll spend most of our time together saturating in embodied presence, via standing meditation (I guide you as we go).
This is both gentle and potent. It helps open the channel to your purest truths, most authentic insights, and highest quality questions.
And sometimes, these things don’t arise. There is silence, wholeness, and timeless remembering.
Our practice will also prime your nervous system to receive new inputs and adapt quickly. So, depending on what’s most relevant to you, we can segue into:
— strength training, movement, rehabilitation
— somatic therapy + subconscious patterns
— relationships + expressing your creative vision
You’ll take away highly valuable info + instruction, but my primary focus is to empower you with a repeatable process to embody fearless love.
