- I’ll ask you some key questions to identify missing pieces
- We’ll assess whether it’s worth working together

2 Hour Foundation Session

A one-time 1:1 coaching session to catalyse a major shift in your life.
- You’re want guidance on a specific topic (body, psyche or relationships)
- You’re ready to learn some principles and apply them in your daily life
- You’re a highly accountable, intrinsically motivated doer

If the topic you’d like to address is movement-based, wear comfy clothes and find some space.
